From the early days on the main aim of X-SERVICE was to cope with evolving IT software requirements to be able to offer services to a rapidly changing demand. X-SERVICE endorsed JAVA from JAVA One on and it’s still a major domain of expertise. While information technologies continuously evolve with a faster pace, it became clear that a company that want to survive needed a robust business model. X-SERVICE opted for a flexible but very specialized model. Although this might sound contradictory, especially for a company that offers services, it is not.

The key to success is ἀρχιτέκτων (Master builder / Director of works). This approach requires very skillful persons that are able to design and plan work to be done. Similar to construction architects these persons are facilitators, organizers and guides as well as solution providers. X-SERVICE pushes this way of working a step further. The “Masters” and all other persons involved in building a solution are loosely linked to the company, enabling the company to outsource most of the processes. This enables X-SERVICE to cover a large area which ranges from Industrial Product Manufacturers to Craft Businesses, while supporting Companies whose activities are based on Services and Retail.
